    Sean this is Beth M. your client. Would i eventually be able to include some of the grains, spoken about in this video, into my diet. Now now of course but maybe when my BG gets around 110? Also what is the lowest GI fruit? Apples are even to sweet for me now and the make me feel hungry when full.

    I don’t know about the statement “anything you get when you are born had to have been genetic.” The more we are finding out about these “genetic” diseases the more we are finding that if you are born with them it is due to the mother’s state of nutrition or health during and before pregnancy. A mother could be borderline unhealthy and during pregnancy she gets very hungry leading to way too many refined carbs…baby is screwed from birth. It appears genetic, but far from it. Just a thought…
