    natural remedies to lower Blood pressure?
    i would like to know of any natural remedies to lower high Blood pressure,around 160, and also kindly suggest the best vegetables and fruits which are low in sugar content as i also have been just diagnosed to be having slightly above the marginal sugar levels, because i came across many articles which suggest beetroot juice as
    an effective remedy to reduce high BP but i think it also has high sugar content.So kindly suggest any particular natural supplement which can help reduce high BP, by the way i also take medication, thi s is to keep a check on my diet and take further precautions with regard to diet.

    Food,drink,move,all must be a hand of help for medication.
    There are chinese remedies.The most useful contains garlic,propolis and alchool by 90*.I don,t know measures but the chinese stores who sale supplements must have it.There are more steps which must follow if you want to make it at home.Or,at stores with been products you could find it.Propolis is a been product.This antic asian product has another benefit:reduce quant.of cholesterol from blood and melted the "slices"of fat from arterial sistem.
    As like others remedies:a lot of garlic,teas from herbs (i know their popular name which is not the same)you can find them in a botanical book.
