I love his cookbook! It’s a big book 81/2×11 over 320 pages! I was surprised that the recipes actually taste good!
Most diabetic cookbooks use ingredients like artificial sweeteners, sugar, and other food chemicals that aren’t good for diabetics.
But, he needs a better video talking about his cookbook.
