same here one morning my blood sugar was um… yeah almost as high as when we found out i had it…. it was 70.3! i was like holy mom lets go to the hospital! when i figured out i had diabetes my blood sugar was 110.5 the doctor said she was suprised i was even standing and walking

actually the thing is people don’t know how to naturally regulate based on flavors. there r 5 flavors: sweet, sour, bitter, pugnent/spicy, salty each of which corresponds to 1 of 5 major and minor organs. The balance of this is crucial as each flavor & color of food stimulates a certain element & organ of the body. Too much or too little of something(s) u get bad flow and an imbalance which over time lead to disease. ie too much spicy & dry/bitter foods cause hot headedness quite easily etc etc

“Move your from the sofa and start exercise” You obviously have assumed that all diabetics are couch potatoes. Three of the people whom I know who are diabetic were athletes (runner, soccer player, cyclist) who exercised regularly when they developed diabetes.
Diabetics are not helped by your attitude. And no, I am not a diabetic. But I have learned a lot about diabetes cooking for these diabetic friends.

I share your frustration but there is some hope, Dr Faustman. Try to be patient, I know its a hard ask but I’ve been waiting for 25 years others even longer. Dont lose hope mate just hang in there for realistically a few more years. Dr Faustman is already well within human trials so this is a good sign.
Do a You Tube search for Dr Faustman or Allies voice it would be great to see you their, Allie does clips regarding our issues.
