What Is The Aging Male Syndrome?

As men get older, they begin to notice all kinds of changes with their bodies. Many have gained a few extra pounds around their waist, they are fatigued, and their interest in sex takes a nosedive. In the past, all this was attributed to the natural aging process. However, recent studies have shown that every one of the above symptoms is an indicator of a clinical deficiency brought on by abnormal low levels of testosterone which is referred to as Aging Male Syndrome.

As men age, their testosterone levels do lower, this is a gradually process that takes several years. It does however result in male hypogonadism, which is called Andropause. Yes, this is male menopause. It is not a myth; it is a real health problem for many men over the age of 40.

Symptoms of Andropause include low energy, loss of sex drive, problems with memory, and depression. As Andropause progresses many men begin to have other health problems such as osteoporosis, ill health, dementia, heart problems, circulatory problems and falls. Circulatory problems can lead to or actually contribute to erectile dysfunction. If you look at women as they enter into menopause and what happens to their bodies with lower estrogen levels you should be able to comprehend that men with lower testosterone levels will have similar health problems.

It is believed that Aging Male Syndrome could be the missing or hidden link for men’s overall health. It could be the contributing factor for several serious health conditions such as osteoporosis, depression, heart disease, and diabetes. Yes, every man as they age will begin to have lower testosterone levels, but many do not realize the difference between a natural decline and low testosterone levels. The low levels that are apparent with Aging Male Syndrome are real medical concerns for men.

In the United States, research on the effects of aging in males is way behind where it should be. This could be from the male ego that does not allow them to consider the fact that Andropause is in fact a real problem. The male ego keeps them thinking that all their problems, health and psychological, are just part of the normal aging process. Other countries have stepped up the pace and realized that both men and women go through an aging process that can lead to health problems and have done something to bring attention to the Aging Male Syndrome and Andropause. In Europe, the European Menopause Society recently changed their name to The European Menopause & Andropause Society. In Canada, they have an organization for men exclusively known as the Canadian Andropause Society. There are other organizations found in Australia and the United Kingdom, however, no such organization or society exist in the United States even though around ten million men in America are affected.

More should be done to give information to men across the country that their symptoms such as erectile dysfunction, tiredness, depression, weakness, and loss of sex drive could be due to low testosterone and could be treated.

Takers Galore For Natural Male Enhancement Pill

Some of these firms promise the moon and the stars, but turn out to be frauds. Therefore, if you suffer from erectile dysfunction or a related disorder choose products wisely. Otherwise, you would be adding to your woes.

A long, firm, and long-lasting erection is vital for sexual satisfaction and procreation. When a man is aroused, certain physical changes occur in his body. This includes increased blood circulation to the penis, making it long and firm. This erection is essential for penetrating the female sex organ, and friction between the male and the female organs leads to sexual pleasure.

With age, general health weakens and there is decreased flow of blood to the penis. This results in no erection or short-lived erection. While some men and their partners lose interest in sex after a certain age, others continue to want maximum sexual satisfaction. In the latter situation erectile dysfunction can cause marital discord, and the wife may engage in extramarital relations.

Apart from lowered overall stamina in middle and old age, men may develop diabetes, coronary, kidney, or prostrate problems. These diseases adversely affect both sexual desire and ability. Desire and ability are also affected by stress and marital boredom.

Middle-aged men are seen to be the most ardent purchasers of natural male enhancement pills. This is primarily because most men feel embarrassed to consult a doctor about their sexual problems. Some men also find prescription pills expensive. If your thoughts are similar, its can be the answer to your sexual woes.

Natural male enhancement pill can be easily purchased both from stores and online. Most pill manufacturers promise longer, firmer, and longer-lasting erections because pills increase blood circulation to the penis and expand tissues within it. In addition, pills increase testosterone levels in the body so you are likely to experience greater sexual desire and ability. Frequency of sex with your partner will increase and you will obtain greater control over orgasm.

Many manufacturers claim that nine out of ten people benefit from their natural male enhancement pill if it is taken as advised. They also specify whether people with heart, kidney, prostrate, or liver ailments can consume those pills. Therefore, if you suffer erection problems but have no major disease, you can try it. However, this is one side of the coin.

The other side of the coin is several thousand lawsuits have been filed against certain manufacturers of natural male enhancement pills. This is because men found no benefits on using the pills and were unable to locate the manufacturers for guaranteed refund. They, therefore, lost hundreds of dollars.

Many natural male enhancement pills are nothing but vitamin supplements and do not lead to longer and fuller erections. Therefore, purchase products of reputed brands only. The lawsuits have made it easy to identify the less reputable brands manufacturing its. Stick to pills that contain time-tested, natural ingredients and are FDA certified.

Shilajit – the Most Powerful Anti Aging Herb

General Description

Shilajit is the most potent medicine that Ayurveda has ever discovered. It is a mineral-based medication which is found oozing from the rocky cliffs. The main source of Shilajit in India is the Himalaya, where the Shilajit is found oozing out from the cracks of rocks in the form of a red to dark brown gummy substance. Apart from India, Shilajit is also found in the mountainous areas of Nepal, Pakistan, China, Tibet and even as far as in Norway. However the Shilajit found in all these areas have different potencies, because of the differences in the rocks present in these areas.

Charaka in the Charaka Samhita mentioned that the four main constituents of the Shilajit are gold, silver, copper and iron. According to the predominant composition of the elements, he classified Shilajit as Swarna Shilajit (containing maximum gold), Rajat Shilajit (containing maximum silver), Tamra Shilajit (containing maximum copper) and Lauha Shilajit (containing maximum iron). Lauha Shilajit is black in color.

It is also the most powerful and the most readily available of all forms of Shilajit. Later, Sushrut put forward that Shilajit contains two more vital elements. They were lead and zinc. Modern research has shown that Shilajit contains more than 85 minerals in different ionic forms and also a very effective acid known as fulvic acid. Shilajit’s composition is likened to the mineral ozokerite.

Shilajit is known by many other names. In English, it is popular as Mineral Pitch and Mineral Wax. It is also popular by its Latin names Asphaltum and Black Asphaltum (referring to Lauha Shilajit). Thus sugar is not allowed to accumulate within the bloodstream. This is a very important step in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Shilajit improves the function of the pancreas, which secretes insulin. Shilajit is useful in expelling the toxins from the body through urination. Overall, Shilajit improves the quality of blood.

(iv) Nervous Disorders

Shilajit is potent in the treatment of nervous disorders. It replenishes the wear and tear to the nervous system. Due to its adaptogen properties, it can resolve immune disorders of the body. Shilajit helps the body to recover damaged nerves comparatively fast.

(v) Obesity

Shilajit has the capacity to break down fat that has accumulated in the body. Since it can give fat metabolism the right direction, Shilajit is used in the treatment of obesity.
