During exercise, your metabolism increases, which starves your body of sugar, and with no insulin your body can get a little out of whack. I would suggest seeing a doctor immediately because if you catch it early enough it is very manageable

It could be Type I or Type II. My dad had Type I and I’m Type II.
Watch it with the donuts. Thankfully, it makes me sick to think of them.
The main thing is that you ask your doctor and don’t medicate yourself.

My little brother got diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes at 2years old and yes he had very similar symptoms to you.
Especially after drinking, it was like the fluid went straight through him.
My mum took him to the doctors and later that evening we got a scare when the ambulance was sent to our house to pick him up.
Please see your local doctor as soon as you can, especially if diabetes runs in your family.

Regardless of the type of diabetes, the symptoms are the same. They are often more insidious in the case of type 2 diabetes.
* Elimination of excessive urine (it is common to get up at night to go urinate)
* Increased thirst and hunger
* Weight loss
* A weakness and excessive fatigue
* Blurred vision
* An increase in the occurrence and recurrence of infections of the skin, gums, bladder, vulva or the foreskin
* A slowdown in the healing process
* Numbness or tingling in hands and feet
Note. Untreated diabetes causes severe symptoms it is important to recognize.

Anything such as your symptoms that come on suddenly needs to be checked by a doctor. You don’t just “come down” with diabetes like you would a head cold. Something in your system is out of whack and needs checking.
