controled diabetes for 7 years with diet n exercise but it is fasting 160 n p. p 180mg%.what treatment should?
MY fasting b/sugar is160mg% n p.p b/sugar is180mg%,ht5.9ft,wt.68kg office work .idid not took any medicine till date.now what medicine should i start ?.

Type 2 diabetes? Its said alot of people with the disease can control it with diet and excersize but if it is not working you need to go to a doctor or endocrinologist for help

Consult your doctor for the best path of medication. You must be consuming too much carbs and sugars. There are hidden sugars everywhere. Eat more oatmeal.
